Colliers Wood Chorus at the Roundhouse

It’s amazing how the choir has grown from 12 to 75 members in only four years. Only space for 30 on stage today.

The Georgian chant was great. Ambitious repertoire, with songs from from Iceland, Croatia, South Africa, Fiji and Ghana (with some highly confident ululation, oh and in Latin! The Icelandic Woman’s lament for the Seal Hunters was very nice. They ended with a rousing rendition of Valerie.
